Returns Policy

When requesting an exchange or return, please ensure the following:

1.      Returns or exchanges must be made within (3) days of the order's arrival date.

2.      The merchandise to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as when originally purchased.

3.      In promotional offers, the free item must be returned along with all other items in the order if a return or exchange is desired.

4.      The value of the returned item will be transferred to your account immediately upon confirmation of receipt, after deducting the shipping company's services (the store is not responsible for any delays in returning items through the shipping company).
